First Iteration
Published late 1997, early 1998

I created the banner and logo from a low-res image of Bud's stationary header. Basically, I created a larger logo and "dyed" it for the background. To be honest, I have NO IDEA where I got that color! YUCK! But, Bud accepted it, and... well, the rest is history. I used a contrasting color (purple) for the headers, so it would stand out, and made graphic "buttons" for various sections from the house in the logo.

This was my very first webpage and use of FrontPage. I used a lot more of the FrontPage capabilities and tools (see the counter? GEEZE! back then.

Second Iteration
Published early 2000

We decided it was time to update the website, so I created a base button image, then two (2) button images (in and out) for each function, and found a JavaScript to swap images, so the buttons would look "pressed" when rolled over. This version started as an MS Borders website, but within a couple of months, we converted it to frames, updated the banner. changed the background (obviously, and thank God!) and used the same purple from the headers for all of the text.

This made everything much easier to read. I was still using FrontPage's capabilities, and hadn't yet really gotten into the HTML editing.

Third Iteration
Published early 2001

We redid the website for 2001, keeping frames (the button-bar at the top of the page and the sidebar buttons, over the logo), made the buttons smaller, and changed the left-frame background image. The banner rolled off the page, now, but with changing the font-size used, we now had more content on each page. This iteration also began the use of CSS.
