NOTES:

I couldn't find a lot of "negative comments" on John Alexander's "Real Estate Riches in 14 Days" infomercial, when I first looked, except the following. Most are MUCH shorter than others in this genre (real estate investing). There appeared to be quite a number of questions on forums that were no longer available. (And it appeared some forums were completely shutdown.) Again, I'm just providing information so you can make an informed decision. The original purchase ($39.95 for books or $49.95 for CDs) is considered "Level 1".

"Level 2" seems to cost a BUNCH of money ($1000 or more). While this is the way other products seem to work, I couldn't find any actual information about how "hard" they push you to purchase the 2nd level (or higher). By BBB information, I believe this "Second Level" is Mentoring of America. If this is true (and, again, I believe it is), they push HARD, and it WILL cost a bunch of money. (See the Mentoring of America section, below.)

I also find that apparently, people had problems contacting the company by methods listed in the product or on the website (via email - bounces, via phone numbers - disconnected or put on hold "forever") for refunds, even for the Level 1 books/CDs.

As you can see, this page is not complete. I have transferred the information from the old Infomercial Info page (or notes I took) to give myself (and you) a reference and starting point. I used other pages as a template, and have left bits and pieces of paragraphs. They may or MAY NOT apply to THIS product.

The links from the original reference or notes have been transferred here, too. Other than the link(s) to the product site(s), they have not been "categorized". I will also find other links when I get to the conversion of this page.

Once this page is complete, the links note (above right) will be updated, and this whole section will be removed.

Mentoring of America

Something else, John appears to at least partially OWN Mentoring of America. A couple of weeks after you receive your package, you will get a call from them. They will ask numerous questions, and tell you that you need the information they give you to succeed with the system. (Apparently, any "free support" in the package doesn't include this coaching - It's probably more access to the sites, you were "also" given.)

Reviews and Warnings

This section lists the sites where I found "negative" comments about the people and company, and/or the product. Some of the terms "sham", "scam", "scams", "flim-flam", "complain", "complaints", "rip", "rip-off", "fraud", "warning", similar words, and maybe just "review" were used in searching for negative comments.
