Fourth Iteration
Published Summer, 2004

In 2003, we'd had enough of frames. Clients could not save the page in question, such as the Order Form, in their favorites... It always brought up the frame on the home page. I'd learned to use a table to create buttons, so converted all the sidebar buttons to this type, and created linkbars for the top and bottom of each page. I used JavaScripts to include the top of the page, bottom of the page, and sidebar. I reorganized the pages, created PDF versions of many of them, and some other "clean up" requested by Bud.

Fifth Iteration
Published Fall, 2005

Shortly after the Fourth Iteration was published, Bud retired from from full-time appraising, and sold the business and name to Paul Middaugh, one of his associates. I made changes to the site to reflect this, but they couldn't be published for some time, because of server problems. (I don't control those.)

I changed the header section to provide a link to Paul's own website and show his LLC as the owner (under the banner), changed the copyright, email addresses, and other minor changes per Paul's request.

Current Iteration
Published Fall 2005

Once the changes listed above were published, Paul requested that I move the company profile to its own page and remove the logo from the left side of the page (under the sidebar buttons). This is the home page of the site as of 09/2006.
